What is the secret of these 6 successful people? You will be surprised!

Posted by Ginkova on

For these successful people sleep is not a waste of time. They have understood that almost any goal is much easier to accomplish after logging some solid hours between the sheets. I have experienced this countless times when after a good night sleep, the solution of a problem just "magically" appears the next morning.

During sleep, our body repairs itself, makes important brain connections, reinforces new skills learned during the day, relieves stress and ultimately keeps us healthy.

But despite all the scientific evidence of the importance of sleep, almost half of the Americans don't sleep enough. Life gets busy, the hours of a day are never enough and so we keep accumulating tiredness and stress until we burn out.

Sleep might be the unexpected key to success and these people have certainly understood that.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez
She gives credit to her energy and fierce stage performances to the good full eight hours of sleep she gets every night.

Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos
He has always gotten at least eight hours of sleep - even before Amazon became wildly successful. Something all ambitious young entrepreneurs need to hear.

The Dalai Lama

Dalai Lama
He insists sleep is necessary for maintaining a calm, relaxed mind during the day. "Sleep is the best meditation". He sleeps eight to nine hours each day.

Bill Gates

Bill Gates
As a young entrepreneur, he used to work all night and just get a quick nap in the afternoon. He soon realized that this was taking a toll on his health and mental power so he made the change to sleep seven hours every night - we know the rest of this story.

Warren Buffett

Warren Buffett
He "invests" in full eight hours of sleep each night and encourages others to prioritize sleep over profits. The truth is that squeezing more hours out of the day doesn't have a good return on investment.

Arianna Huffington

Arianna Huffington
Another workaholic who used to get only four to five hours of sleep until she collapsed of exhaustion. Now she prioritizes sleep and teaches others to "sleep their way to the top — literally!"

So how many hours of sleep do you get? How about if I tell you that sleeping more actually will make you more successful, more productive, happier and will drastically improve your life? So don't feel guilty if you go to bed early tonight and hit the snooze button few times before you get up in the morning.

It helps also to have a comfortable inviting cozy bed. We are here to help!
